We grew up in the Santa Cruz Mountains in California under the redwoods just northeast of the Pacific Ocean and south of San Francisco. We spent our days as children playing marbles and climbing trees while most other children were playing atari and listening to their Walkmans. The two of us were passionate thrifters, garage sailers, and historical nuts since we could earn our own pennies.
Turning forward the hands of time, we are university educated, world traveling, family oriented, historically passionate, treasure hunting lovers with a passion for finding hidden nuggets of history. May this site bring you encouragement to get out there and discover history of hidden gems yourself.
